my huge problem

I don't know what to wear on the graduation pictorial????

The forum on budget reform

I would like to extend my appreciation and thanks to all the organizers of the forum with the theme entitled:

"The Academe, Community and Congress Working Together Towards Effective Budget Management in the Philippines"

held at Eulogio 'Amang' Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology (EARIST) Conference Room, Nagtahan, Sampaloc, Manila.

Congressman Teofisto "TG" Guingona, the Deputy Minority Leader of the House of Representatives and Prof. Leonor Briones, a UP NCPAG professor and the former National Treasurer of the Philippines were the guest speakers in the said forum.

The forum is indeed an eye opener towards the budgetary problems in the government. Also, it is very informative about the budget reforms that needs to be done to address the issue.

what's with 13

Up until now, I can't still believe that I passed the entrance exam of P. U. P. College of Law!!!

It seems number 13 brings a lot of luck to me!?

What's with the No. 13?

There are lots of stories ("SUPERSTITIONS" as we call it!) about the number 13 that this number signifies bad luck but not for me because this number brings a lot of GOOD LUCK!!!

my permit and seat number in the College Entrance Test in P. U. P. College of Law is # 13 then when the result of written exam was released my oral examination number is #13 and a few days after I learned that I PASSED the exam, Indeed, number 13 brings a lot of LUCK to me!!!

I almost back out!!!

Earlier I went to P. U. P. College of Law for the oral examination. I almost BACK OUT due to my never ending nervousness!!! Thanks to my friend Vianka, who is always there at the times I needed support!

I don't know if my interview went well but what I'm holding is the words of the good professor who interviewed me that

HE LIKES MY ANSWERS TO ALL HIS QUESTIONS!!!

Hopefully, those words depicts good things though as of now we can't figure out if I passed or not!

The results will be released next week!!!

I do hope and pray to the GOOD LORD GOD to help us all pass the oral exam and eventually enter Law School!!!

doukyusei DOMO ARIGATOU

Tomorrow is going to be our last day to attend the class as members of BPAG 4-1 because the day after some of us will join the labor sector of society, some will either get masteral degree or go to law school.

Since the start of March I can't helped but think about our memories since day one in P. U. P. and now that is about to end I am really getting depressed.

Hopefully, everyone will achieve heir goals, get a stable job and have a family of their own!!!

To my Classmates in BPAG 4-1:

Thank you for everything!!!

From simple things like giving me a piece of yellow paper during exams up to lifting my self confidence in competing in Sophomore Debate, most specially, thank you for your support during the most difficult times of my life.

Again,

Thank You Very Much!!!

Good Luck!!!

Take Care

and

May the God Lord Give Us More Blessings!!!!

M/V Doulos

Yesterday, I got a chance to go to the most famous floating library in the world namely "M/V Doulus." As we enter the premises a lot of foreign crew greeted us as we passed through them. The entrance fee is only P10.00. I really enjoyed sight seeing around that big ship. There are lots of books inside and the prices are a lot cheaper that those offered in Book stores. I do hope you will have a chance to visit M/v doulos because I am 100 % sure you will enjoy it!!! It is located at Manila South Harbour Pier 13 Gate 1!!! Have fun Shopping!!!

Atty. Daye, Domo Arigatou

Finally two of my professor said their farewell piece! First is Sir Adam followed by Ma'am Daye. Actually, I don't have plans on attending class yesterday, I even did not bother going to Sir Adam's class because of my back pain it's hard for me to stand up and sit but due to some incidents I had to attend to school. Around 3 pm I arrived in P. U. P. and all I did is review all my notes in Law on Public Officer hoping that I will be called for recitation. When the class of Ma'am Daye started she told us that she called for the meeting not to tackle the lesson but to say her farewell speech.

At that time I really wanna get out of the class because I don't wanna hear the word 'GOOD BYE' the word will only cause me anxiety and depression knowing that there will be a minimal chance that we will be able to meet in the future!

Being in her class opens you in the different realm of the world. In her class I learned a lot about law! Also, in her class I finally made a decision that I will take up BACHELOR OF LAWS (LLB) after GRADUATING!!! I will surely miss her stories like how she overcome the hardships of attending law school, taking the bar and waiting for the results of the bar exam to be released, her quest looking for a job outside the four walls of the Supreme Court, and most specially I will miss her love stories in between our class discussions which allows us to study a bit more about the topic.

When she told us that she will quit teaching I want to protest and encouraged her not to do it because I know DEPARTMENT OF POLITICAL SCIENCE AND PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION will surely loose a beautiful faculty member, a great teacher and a caring friend but after I had a talk with her in Theresa I am relieved that she will not completely quit teaching and that she will only take a rest for one semester!!!

Farewell

it's only four meeting days to go until the end of the classes!!! I know I should be celebrating right now because I don't have to worry about the assignments, exams, projects etc., but I really feel sad! SAD because I will miss my friends, classmates, professor and even some P. U. P. janitors that became my friends because of Ate Weng!!! I'll miss the class! the laughter of my classmates! the daily gossips! EVERYTHING!!! It seems the time for saying my GOOD BYES is approaching rapidly! It's hard to part ways with the people you've been seeing for four years! I just can't say my Good byes!!! DO I HAVE TO SAY GOODBYE?
