"ondoy"

I sympathize to all my fellow Filipinos who are in dire situation because of the Typhoon "Ondoy"!

A lot of places in National Capital Region and nearby Provinces are now flooded! If you look at it in the sky, it seems like there's a sea inside the city! Houses, cars and other properties are gone! Nothing is left!

Hence, a lot of my Kababayans are seeking for food, clothing, water, and medicine supply specially those in the most affected areas like Marikina, Manila, Pasig, Navotas, Ortigas, Quezon City and Rizal Province!

I hope that everyone will find a place in their heart to extend their assistance to the victims of this calamity!

Our country, again, is facing another trial, but with the efforts and cooperation of everybody we will be able to overcome this disastrous event!

May the Good Lord Help Us!!!

1st week of being 21

My first week of being 21 years old were spent mostly in school (library in particular).

Thanks God! I already finished writing the digested cases in Statutory Construction last yesterday! Honestly, my hands are shaking after writing almost 130 cases! Good thing! By writing the cases, I already had an advanced study for our final exam in the said subject!

Today, the rain is pouring cats and dogs!!! I really don't know how I managed to stay on the bus going to Cavite for about 6 hours because of the traffic and a lot of stranded vehicles due to the heavy rainfall and flood (about knee to chest deep).

Awhile ago, I received a message from a classmate of mine that they are now in evacuation area. I'm worried about them! I hope they still in good condition!!!

last week of being 20

A lot of good things happened in my last week of being twenty (20) years old.

Finally, last Monday we had a class in Constitutional Law and I passed the Mid-term exam in the said subject. Likewise, we had a class last Tuesday in Environmental Law and I'm looking forward on watching "The Inconvenient Truth" of Al Gore regarding Climate change.

Last Wednesday and Friday, I'm grateful that Atty. Ramirez is back after being absent in our class in Persons and Family Relations (CV111) due to his sickness.

Last Thursday, was my first time attending mass in St. Jude Parish Church in San Miguel together with Ate Jean. I think it will be part of my routine to attend the mass and the novena there every Thursday.

Yesterday, My grandparents gave me a dress us a gift for my birthday!!!

Again,

HAPPY 21ST BIRTHDAY TO ME!!!

I'm back on track again!!!

I'm back on track again!!!

I can now proudly say that my enthusiasm to study law is finally back!

GOD IS SO GOOD!!!

This day is one of the luckiest day of my life! I hope this luck will continue existing not only tomorrow but also in the future!!!

I'm now planning to do a project in accordance to my so called "law schooling." As of this moment, I cannot divulge the identity of the said project but I promise that I'll reveal it's identity in the mere future after I finished digesting cases in Statutory Construction!!!

c/o Ate Jean

Here are some quotes shared by Mrs. Mary Jean Sidro, a classmate of mine in Law school:

"There are in nature neither rewards nor punishments, there are CONSEQUENCE!
EXCELLENCE then is not an act but a HABIT!"

"A mere opening is a sign of invitation!"

"We are what we repeatedly do!"

QUotEs

Lately, I've been collecting some quotable statements from my professors in Law school! i believe some of you already noticed it from my previous posts. Well, here's an addition to my so called collection of quotable 'QUOTES':

" Don't think about your PAINS,

Don't think of your STRUGGLES,

Don't think of your HARDSHIPS,

Just THINK of

HOW MANY PEOPLE YOU'LL BE ABLE TO HELP

IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE A LAWYER!!!"

Those words were simple, yet, it motivates me to move forward and give my best!!!
